2. How We Use Your Information

Your details are used strictly for service fulfillment and customer communication:

• To assign a background-verified driver and share driver/cab details with you via SMS or WhatsApp before your journey.
• To dispatch cabs for Jolly Grant Airport transfers, local city rides, outstation drops (Delhi, Mussoorie, Rishikesh, Haridwar), and Char Dham Yatra.
• To send booking confirmations, transparent fare receipts, and customer support updates.

3. Zero Third-Party Data Sharing

Anywhere Taxi Service does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal contact information with third-party marketing companies. All passenger data is kept strictly confidential within our dispatch control desk.

4. Data Security & Safety

We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard your personal details against unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. Online booking inquiries transmitted through our website use secure SSL encryption.

5. Security & Fraud-Prevention Logging

To protect our business and advertising budget from invalid clicks, automated bots and abuse, our server keeps its own security log of visits. This may include your IP address, a random session identifier, the pages you view, the referring URL, your browser user-agent, and advertising click parameters that appear in the link you arrived from (such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid and UTM campaign tags). We use this only to detect suspicious or fraudulent traffic, to review Google Ads invalid-click activity, and to secure the website. We do not log passwords, payment details or private form contents, we do not sell or share this data, and operational IP logs are retained for a limited period (about 30 days) unless needed for a specific security investigation.

It is used once, at the moment of your first visit on a given day, to look up the approximate city through a location service (ipwho.is), and only the city-level result is saved. Visits are grouped under a random code that changes every day, so this data is not linked to your name or phone number and cannot follow you from one day to the next. It is visible only to our own team, is never sold or shared for marketing, and is used only to improve our service, our website and our coverage areas.
