You may cancel your booking up to 1 hour before the scheduled journey time and receive a 100% refund, with no cancellation charges, for all services (Multi-Day trips, Single-Day trips, and Airport transfers).

If a cancellation is requested within 1 hour of the scheduled pick-up time, cancellation charges may apply. Please contact our support team for the applicable charge in such cases.

Refunds
